| Product description: | This product is a trifunctional epoxy resin containing alicyclic epoxy group and glycidyl ester group in the molecular structure, and has the dual characteristics of alicyclic epoxy group and glycidyl ester, also known as hybrid epoxy resin. Due to the presence of a highly reactive glycidyl ester group, the reactivity is larger than that of the general alicyclic epoxy resin, the epoxy value is higher, the viscosity is lower, and the solubility with the curing agent is good, and aliphatic and aromatic can be used. Amines, acid anhydrides and imidazoles are used as curing agents. The cured product has good thermal stability. The heat-resistant temperature of Martin cured with m-phenylenediamine is 185 °C, while the heat-resistant temperature of Martin cured with acid anhydride is 156 °C. The processing performance is good, and the cured product has high temperature resistance, high strength, High connectivity and other characteristics, weather resistance, low temperature resistance and electrical insulation are also very good, can be used in aviation, aerospace, nuclear power, electronics and other fields. The carbon fiber and glass fiber composite materials of this epoxy resin have been made into structural materials for high-performance aircraft. |
